The Ground Rents Act (Northern Ireland) 2001, came into force
on 29th July 2002 giving homeowners the right to buy out
their ground rents and acquire a freehold title to their property.
An application to Land Registers on a prescribed Form is
required
to redeem the ground rent and we will be happy to complete
the appropriate application on your behalf.
1. A copy of the Lease for your
property (your lending institution may
charge a fee to produce
deeds to us)
2. A copy of the deed that transferred thte property into
your name.
3. Last ground
rent receipt
