We can provide representation in respect of any offence and instruct Barristers specialising in Criminal Law to give you full representation. Legal Aid is generally available for those who cannot afford representation.

If you are arrested or accused of an offence it is of vital importance that you seek legal advice immediately. We will advise you as to whether you should make a statement, depending on the circumstances of the case and the way in which the Police interview will be conducted.

If you are in a Police Station to be interviewed, you are entitled to free Legal Aid to cover our fees, regardless of how much you earn.

If you are charged with an offence, we will give advice as to the Court procedure and how your defence should be presented.

Road Traffic Offences in particular are becoming more numerous as the Police clamp down on speeding, careless driving and other related offences. We ensure that minor traffic infringements are dealt with quickly and efficiently without numerous court appearances and in most cases we can provide the client with a fixed fee for these cases in advance.
