Hello and welcome to my site. My name is John Irwin and this is my practice.

I was born in Craigavon but grew up in Benburb, Co. Tyrone. I attended The Royal School Dungannon and went on to study Law and Accountancy at Queens University Belfast. After graduating from Queens I qualified as a solicitor through The Institute of Professional Legal Studies.

Since qualifying I have worked for a number of large commercial firms in Belfast. It was during this time that I identified a need to provide a more client focused service that is more driven by the needs of the client.

My aim is to provide a personal, friendly service to all clients and to provide creative, timely advice structured to the individual needs of each particular client. I believe everybody is different and that sound legal advice can only be provided by understanding the client and working in close consultation with them. I also believe that attending a solicitor should not be a traumatic experience and many people I have encountered in the past have left it to late to consult their solicitor. Therefore I would always advise my clients to seek advice straight away and I will always try to be available to meet clients either in the office, at home, or at another suitable venue.
